Discovery’s Chef is not restricted in what meals he can prepare and the food onboard is fresh and delicious.
We strive to provide a varied and creative menu that may include some of the items listed below.

Fresh Fruit platter ~ Juice ~ Yogurt/Cereal/Granola
& one of the following

French Toast,
Eggs or Frittata, Hash browns & Breakfast Sausage,
Blueberry and Banana pancakes with bacon and maple syrup,
Bagels with your choice of cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers or jelly,
Dungeness crab melts,
Eggs Benedict

Coffee/Tea & Hot Chocolate is available all day!!


Welcome Aboard buffet lunch (Day 1 only),
Lunch Salad (Chefs Salad, Chicken Caesar, Mixed green salad with seared Salmon),
Selection of Homemade Pizza,
Soup and Sandwich

Artisan bread or dinner rolls

New York Steak with Baby Potatoes & grilled Asparagus spears,

Medallions of Pork tenderloin, sautéed pear, wild rice & green beans

Shrimp Fettucini served in a light tomato based, garlic and white wine sauce,

Pan seared Alaskan Salmon (or Halibut) over Mushroom Quinoa, Broccoli & a Beurre Blanc sauce,

Crab Feast served family style:
Dungeness crab, Corn on the cob, Boiled potatoes, Green salad and Veg


Creme Brûlée,
Bananas Foster,
Fresh fruit Pavlova meringue with a passionfruit syrup,
Chocolate brownie and ice-cream,
Vanilla honey Panna Cotta with berry sauce
